Community Guidelines & Moderation Policy

Applies to leaderhub.top peer circles, community spaces, comments, event chats, and any user-generated content areas.

1) Purpose

We aim to maintain a respectful, constructive environment for leadership learning and peer support. These rules help keep participants safe and discussions useful.

2) Expected conduct

3) Prohibited content and behavior

4) Moderation actions

We may take action at our discretion to protect the community, including: removing content, editing for safety (e.g., removing personal data), issuing warnings, limiting features, muting, temporarily suspending access, or permanently removing members. We may also preserve information needed to investigate abuse and enforce our policies.

5) Reporting and response

To report a concern, email [email protected] with (a) what happened, (b) where it occurred (link/screenshot if possible), (c) date/time, and (d) any safety concerns. We review reports as promptly as reasonably possible. If immediate danger exists, contact local emergency services first.

6) Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may request a review by emailing [email protected] with relevant context. We may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision.

7) Safety and professional advice disclaimer

Community content is user-generated and reflects members’ personal views and experiences. It is not professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice). Do not rely on community posts as a substitute for qualified professional guidance. Use good judgment before acting on any suggestion.

8) Changes

We may update these guidelines from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
