2) Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- If you register, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3) Orders, fees, and cancellation
If you purchase paid offerings, the applicable price, taxes, payment method/timing, delivery timing, and cancellation/refund rules will be shown at checkout or on the relevant sales page and form part of your contract with us. Unless otherwise stated, digital content and session access are delivered after payment confirmation.
4) Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory content or conduct.
- No attempts to access accounts/systems without authorization, disrupt the Service, or bypass security.

5) Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service and materials (including text, templates, recordings, and software). Subject to these Terms and your purchase rights (if any), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use them for your internal, personal or organizational learning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid materials unless we expressly permit it in writing.
6) Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., reflections, notes, messages). You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to submit the content and that it complies with these Terms.
7) No professional advice
The Service is for education and coaching and does not provide legal, HR, medical, mental health, tax, or financial advice. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the paid offering giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, or JPY 10,000 if you paid nothing.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
